1. Education only

Daniel Budak provides independent personal-finance education and general information for readers in Austria, Croatia, and the wider EU. Content may discuss investing, tax concepts, insurance wording, documents, tools, and personal-finance frameworks. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

3. AI transparency

If a user interacts directly with an AI system, the live interface should disclose that before or at the start of the interaction. From 2 August 2026, EU AI Act transparency obligations for certain AI systems become especially relevant and should be verified before launch.

It does not determine eligibility, pricing, credit, insurance coverage, underwriting, claim settlement, investment suitability, tax liability, benefits, employment, or access to essential services.

5. Insurance boundary

Insurance-related pages and tools are plain-language explanations. They do not recommend products, compare offers as a regulated service, decide whether you are covered, file claims, negotiate with insurers, or participate in insurance contract conclusion. Contact your insurer, a licensed insurance broker, a lawyer, or another qualified professional for case-specific advice.

6. Tax, legal, and investing boundary

Tax and legal rules change. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Examples are simplified and may not match your residence, tax status, broker, income, family situation, document wording, or risk tolerance. Before acting, verify with official sources and a licensed advisor where required.

7. Document uploads

• Only upload what is needed for the requested educational explanation.
• Do not upload special-category or third-party data unless explicitly requested and justified by the live form.
• Documents are not sold, used for unrelated marketing, or used to train public AI models.
• Unsupported, malformed, incomplete, suspicious, or high-risk files should be rejected or routed to manual review.
