Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid digital products, courses, memberships, templates, document-explanation products, and education sessions sold by Altoria FinSys d.o.o. under the Daniel Budak public author brand.

2. Payment providers

Refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Stripe Payment Links are the primary launch checkout path. PayPal should be enabled only once equivalent refund, order-export and legal-acceptance handling is ready. Wise is business banking infrastructure and not a public consumer checkout method.

3. EU right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. Some exceptions may apply to digital content and services when you explicitly ask for immediate access or immediate performance and acknowledge the legal consequence before checkout.

If subscriptions or paid memberships are launched, users must be able to cancel future renewals before the next billing period. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund already delivered access unless the law or checkout offer says otherwise.

7. How to request cancellation or refund

Email info@altoria.hr with your name, order email, payment provider, product, purchase date, and reason. We may ask for additional information to locate the transaction.

Refunds through Stripe or another enabled payment provider may take several business days after approval, depending on the provider and your bank.
