2. What we offer
| Offer | Description |
|---|---|
| Free content | Articles, newsletters, explainers, examples, source notes, calculators, and prototype tools. |
| Paid digital products | eBooks, templates, checklists, courses, memberships, or downloadable education material. |
| Education sessions | 1:1 or group education sessions that explain frameworks and documents. They are not regulated advice. |
| Document explanations | Plain-language informational summaries of user-provided or publicly available documents, if the production workflow supports them. |
3. What we do not offer
- No regulated financial advice, investment advice, portfolio management, securities recommendation, tax advice, legal advice, or insurance advice.
- No insurance mediation, insurance brokerage, insurance agency activity, product recommendation, coverage recommendation, claim filing, claim handling, or contract conclusion.
- No tax return preparation, accounting certification, financial statement filing, legal filing, or representation before authorities.
- No guarantee of investment return, tax outcome, insurance payout, credit approval, legal result, or savings.
- No automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
4. User responsibility
You remain responsible for your decisions. You must verify information against original sources and consult a licensed professional before acting on tax, legal, investment, insurance, or other regulated matters.
If you upload or send documents, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that you will not submit unnecessary third-party, special-category, medical, life/health-insurance, children's, or highly sensitive data unless a live form explicitly requests it and explains why it is needed.
5. Prices, taxes, and checkout
- Prices must be shown clearly before checkout, including whether they are gross prices and whether VAT is included, exempt, or not charged under a valid status.
- Stripe Payment Links are the primary launch checkout path. PayPal should be enabled only after equivalent order export, refund and legal-acceptance handling is ready.
- Wise may be used for business banking or settlement, but not as a public consumer checkout method.
- Accounting records may be generated and reconciled via the Altoria Accounting Platform.
- The checkout button should say "Place order with obligation to pay" or equivalent legally clear wording in the checkout language.
6. Contract formation and delivery
A contract is formed when your order is accepted and payment is confirmed, unless the checkout states a different process. Digital products are delivered by download link, account access, or email. Education sessions are delivered by video call, phone, or written response as described on the product page.
If a product requires intake information or uploaded documents, delivery timelines begin only after all required information is received in a usable format. Incomplete, malformed, unsupported, unverified, or suspicious files may be rejected, quarantined, or handled as reference-only/needs-review.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Consumer withdrawal rights may apply, especially for EU distance contracts. Digital-content and immediate-service exceptions require separate user consent and acknowledgement in checkout.
8. Uploaded documents and confidentiality
- Uploaded documents are used only for the requested service or tool workflow.
- Uploaded documents are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or affiliate partners.
- Uploaded documents are not used to train public AI models.
- Production upload flows must name the active processors, retention period, and deletion path before launch.
9. AI-assisted output
AI may assist with summarization, drafting, classification, translation, or explanation. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is not advice and does not replace original documents, public authorities, licensed professionals, insurers, tax advisors, lawyers, or financial advisors.
10. Affiliate links and sponsors
Some content may contain disclosed affiliate links, referral links, or sponsor mentions. Commissions do not change the educational boundary and must not turn content into a personalized recommendation. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
11. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website content, templates, products, and materials are protected by copyright. Personal-use purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own private or internal use. You may not resell, republish, scrape, upload to public repositories, train models on, or redistribute paid materials without written permission.
12. Availability and changes
The site may change, pause, or remove content, tools, or products. Free tools and prototype outputs may be inaccurate or unavailable. We may update these Terms, and the version shown at purchase applies to that purchase unless a mandatory law says otherwise.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law. For educational content and free tools, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by applicable law. Paid-product liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or session where legally permitted. No liability is accepted for decisions made without independent verification or licensed professional advice.
14. Governing law and consumer protection
Croatian law applies to the company relationship where legally permitted, without depriving EU consumers of mandatory consumer-protection rights in their country of residence. Final governing-law and venue wording should be verified before launch.
